The specifics of the production lines at Straco Heerenveen are as follows:
Fully automated abrasive blasting Width up to 2.80 metres
Height up to 1.20 metre
Lengths up to approx. 25 metres
Manual abrasive blasting chamber Width up to 7 metres
Height up to 6 metres
Length up to 17 metres
We can use either steel grit or Corundum as the (inert) abrasive for our blasting services. When it comes to galvanised steel, we use an inert abrasive for pre-blasting.
Wet coating department
A fully equipped facility with suction system and all the necessary airless spraying equipment. Weights of up to 16 tonnes can be processed without any problem. If you have a heavier object, please get in touch to find out what we can do for you.
Powder coating
We offer powder coating services for a wide range of different shaped items, as our ovens can handle lengths of up to 16 metres, widths of up to 3 metres, and heights of up to 3 metres.

- chamber oven of 25 x 1.4 x 3 metres
We can treat objects weighing up to 8 tonnes.
Cranes
At our wet coating unit, we have 4 gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 8 tonnes each.
At the powder coating department, we have 2 gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 8 tonnes each.
