At our Oosterhout plant, we have the following production lines:
1st fully automated abrasive blasting and preservation line (for sheets and profiles from 5mm thick) up to 4 metres wide and a maximum weight of 14 tonnes.
2nd fully automated abrasive blasting and preservation line (for sheets and profiles from 3mm thick) up to 2.5 metres wide and a maximum weight of 8 tonnes.
Fully automated abrasive blasting system to blast constructions, sheet piling, tubes, and pipe spools of up to 1.5 metres high, 2.5 metres wide, and weighing up to 10 tonnes each.
Tumble blaster to blast small items such as fittings, cuttings, etc.
Abrasive blasting chamber for manual blasting of objects up to 20 metres long, 5 metres wide, and
5 metres high, allowing us to handle products weighing up to 15 tonnes.
Paint shops, fully equipped for application of paint systems to mechanically and manually blasted materials to the customer’s specifications.
